Initiate Your Request
Log into your EXOSHOP account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our distribution center.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
