Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your equipment ready for your next game or training session.
What is your return policy on worn athletic apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and compression wear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
How do I know which size to choose for my sports equipment?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for protective gear and sizing down for compression fit apparel.
Does EXOSHOP offer team or bulk discounts?
Yes, we support local clubs and teams. Please contact our corporate sales department via the 'Team Orders' page to receive a custom quote for orders of 15 items or more.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All EXOSHOP hardware and equipment come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Apparel is covered for 90 days against stitching or fabric failures under normal athletic use.
